The 2023-2024 Regular Season is scheduled to begin on Saturday, September 9th, 2023 and to end on May 31, 2024 with all regular practices scheduled at Kinsmen Sports Centre.

2023-2024 Regular Season Schedule:
Please see the “Practice Schedule / Changes” page and check the “EMSC Calendar” for the most up to date schedule, including any planned changes to workout location and/or time. You can also SUBSCRIBE to the calendar so that you see all changes as quickly as we know about them. Any changes will also be posted to the home page of our website – if you would like to receive a notification of these posts to your email, make sure to FOLLOW our website (see “Follow” button on home page).
Please note that sessions are subject to change if there is not enough interest for a particular session.
2023-2024 Regular Season Fees:
MEMBERSHIP FEES (NON-REFUNDABLE) – $90 in total
$31.00 – Club Membership includes team cap (ALL MEMBERS) and t-shirt (NEW MEMBERS ONLY)
$44.00 – Swim Alberta & Swimming Canada Registration
$15.00 – PayPal fee*
TRAINING FEES (September-May)
$490.00 – 3 hours or less of training per week
$575.00 – 4.5 hours or less of training per week
$750.00 – 6 hours or more of training per week
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP FEES – $90*
No training privileges but will be registered with Swim Alberta (& Swimming Canada) as well as being provided access to workouts. Associate members will be able to register through EMSC at competitions.
* If you pay by E-TRANSFER and not via PayPal you can apply a $15 discount to your membership fees or associate membership fees. PayPal fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payment Information:
Please note that registration is not confirmed until both REGISTRATION and PAYMENT have been received in full. We do NOT accept cash or cheques for payment, please pay via PayPal or e-transfer. If paying via e-transfer you can pay $15 less than the advertised rate. Should you have a credit from volunteering at our meets last season, please reach out to the club before sending your payment so that your amount owing can be confirmed. For returning members, payment is due BEFORE you attend your FIRST session. For new members, payment is due BEFORE you attend your SECOND session.
Mid-Season Registrations:
Training fees for registrations received AFTER November 1, 2023 will be based on the month in which the member attends their first practice (see table below) and will be pro-rated at a rate of:
- $55/month for 3 hours or less
- $65/month for 4.5 hours or less
- $85/month for 6 hours or more of training
Please note that the pro-rated training fees policy is VOID for the month of October.
Refund Policy:
Prior to December 15, 2023, training fees are refundable at a rate of:
- $55/month for 3 hours or less
- $65/month for 4.5 hours or less
- $85/month for 6 hours or more of training
This refund will ONLY be granted if the request for termination of membership is received IN WRITING at registrar@edmontonmasters.org by the date indicated in the table below.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER DECEMBER 15, 2023!
