The 2022-2023 Regular Season is scheduled to begin on Saturday, September 10th, 2022 with all regular practices scheduled at Kinsmen Sports Centre.

2022-2023 Regular Season Schedule:
Please check the calendar for the most up to date schedule and times. We swim Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings, Tuesday & Thursday mornings, Wednesday & Friday at noon and on Saturday and Sunday. These sessions are subject to change if there is not enough interest for a particular session.

2022-2023 Regular Season Fees:
MEMBERSHIP FEES (NON-REFUNDABLE) – $85.00 in total
$29.00 – Club Membership includes team cap (ALL MEMBERS) and t-shirt (NEW MEMBERS ONLY)
$41.00 – Swim Alberta & Swimming Canada Registration
$15.00 – PayPal fee*
TRAINING FEES (September-May)
$530.00 – 4 hours or less of training per week
$705.00 – 5.5 hours or less of training per week
$830.00 – UNLIMITED training per week
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP FEES
$85.00* – No training privileges but will be provided access to workouts
* If you pay by E-TRANSFER and not via PayPal you can apply a $15 discount to your membership fees or associate membership fees. PayPal fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payment Information:
Please note that registration is not confirmed until both REGISTRATION and PAYMENT have been received in full. We are NOT accepting cash or cheques for payment this year, please pay via PayPal or e-transfer. If paying via e-transfer you can pay $10 less than the advertised rate. Should you have a credit from working at our casino, please reach out to the club before sending your payment so that your amount owing can be confirmed. For returning members, payment is due BEFORE you attend your FIRST session. For new members, payment is due BEFORE you attend your SECOND session.
Mid-Season Registrations:
Training fees for registrations received AFTER November 1, 2022 will be based on the month in which the member attends their first practice (see table below) and will be pro-rated at a rate of:
- $60/month for a 4 hours or less membership
- $80/month for a 5.5 hours or less membership
- $95/month for an UNLIMITED membership
Please note that the pro-rated training fees policy is VOID for the month of October.
Refund Policy:
Prior to December 15, 2022, training fees are refundable at a rate of:
- $60/month for a 3.5 hours or less membership
- $80/month for a 5 hours or less membership
- $95/month for an UNLIMITED membership
This refund will ONLY be granted if the request for termination of membership is received IN WRITING at registrar@edmontonmasters.org by the date indicated in the table below.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER DECEMBER 15, 2022!
