Circuits/stretching sessions to do at home

Hi all! It must feel so odd not to be in the water. Since we will not be swimming for a while, I encourage you to stay active. To aid with this, I will be adding some circuit training and stretching sessions for you to complete at home. You can find these where I have posted the swim practices. By no means do you have to complete these; only use if you would like to. I will be adding a new session 3-4x per week, and have just updated the first circuit tonight. I also want to add a disclaimer that I am not a personal trainer; please use your discretion when completing the sessions, and respect your body’s boundaries.
